Lexington Systema

After a few weeks of no Saturday classes because of seminars, we are returning to our regular Wednesday/Saturday class schedule this week.  Please join us at 60 Cloverleaf Ln in Lexington, VA as we will be exploring some new concepts from Vladimir Vasiliev’s seminar in Los Angeles and Glenn Murphy’s outdoor seminar in North Carolina. 

Also, on Saturday June 8th we will be hosting guest instructor Lloyd Robrecht from Roanoke Systema Group for our regular class from 1-3.  I encourage everyone to join us for the opportunity to learn from a very skilled and experienced instructor!
