Lexington Systema

I visited NC Systema in Chapel Hill this past Saturday for an outstanding seminar on fist fighting. Their next seminar will be on knife work on August 24th. I highly recommend these seminars for those interested in a topic focused, 4 hour seminar only about 3.5 hours from Lexington. For more information on the upcoming seminar, click on the photo.

We will be taking a brief summer hiatus from training for the next few weeks while I travel to Seattle for a Wilderness Evasion seminar with Konstantin Komarov. We will resume Wednesday classes on August 14th. Saturday classes will resume in September.
